Program overview

333v operates an Affiliate Program that governs the relationship with partners who promote 333v owned brands. This document sets out the terms, remuneration options, and operational obligations applicable to the Affiliate and 333v. Participation is conditional on meeting eligibility requirements and ongoing compliance with program rules.

Commission structures

333v provides three primary remuneration frameworks. Commission accrues monthly based on player activity and defined revenue metrics, with specific definitions for net revenue as the basis for calculation.

• Revenue Share: a tiered, ongoing share of the referred players' net revenue within each billing period. Typical tiers include Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with increasing percentage shares as monthly net revenue thresholds are met. The maximum revenue share payable in any period is capped; tiers are recalibrated each month based on performance.
• CPA (Cost per Acquisition): a fixed payment per qualified new player who deposits and meets predefined activity criteria within the first 30 days after referral. Fixed payments are negotiated at approval and documented in the affiliate agreement; typical ranges are provided during onboarding.
• Hybrid: a combined model that pays a fixed CPA per qualified new player plus a percentage of net revenue above the baseline. This arrangement is designed to balance short-term acquisition with long-term value from referred players.

Eligibility and enrollment

• Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements in their jurisdiction.
• Applicants submit an online application to join the program and disclose intended promotional strategies and traffic sources.
• Verification includes identity, business documentation, tax information, and any other data required to meet regulatory and internal risk controls. Activation occurs after completion of KYC/AML checks and is typically completed within five business days unless additional information is requested.
• Affiliates must avoid misleading representations or conflicts of interest and comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and brand guidelines.

Payments and reporting

• Tracking and performance data are available in real time via the 333v Affiliate Dashboard. Affiliate performance reports can be generated on request and delivered electronically.
• Payments are settled monthly for activity in the preceding month, subject to a minimum payout threshold. The standard payout window is within 15 business days after the end of the qualification period, subject to compliance checks.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, major e-wallets, and selected cryptocurrencies where available. The minimum payout per method is set in the affiliate agreement. Payments are issued in the currency elected by the Affiliate, with any applicable cross-border fees borne by the Affiliate unless otherwise specified.

Promotion, brand use, and restrictions

• Affiliates may promote 333v brands through authorized channels, including owned websites and approved marketing media. Pre-approval is required for certain creatives and landing pages or any new marketing approach.
• Affiliates must use only approved tracking links and assets, and must clearly disclose their relationship with 333v in accordance with applicable advertising laws and guidelines.
• Promotional content must not misrepresent products, misstate terms, or engage in prohibited practices. Affiliates must avoid incentivized traffic that contravenes legal requirements or program policies, and must not bid on 333v brand terms in paid search without explicit written authorization.

Fraud prevention, compliance, and data protection

• Affiliates must comply with KYC and AML controls, cooperate with 333v's verification processes, and promptly report any suspicious activity or fraud indicators.
• 333v reserves the right to suspend or terminate if traffic quality issues, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms are detected. Final settlements may be withheld pending investigation.
• Both parties adhere to applicable data protection laws. Affiliates may act as data processors with respect to player data as necessary for performance of the program, and data processing arrangements will be documented where required.

Term, termination, and changes to terms

• The affiliate agreement commences on activation and continues for an initial term of 12 months. It auto-renews unless terminated in accordance with the terms, or a party provides written notice of termination.
• 333v may update terms from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided in accordance with the agreement, and continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law, disputes, and jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to 333v’s principal place of business. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction as specified in the governing terms.

Support and onboarding timelines

• Affiliates receive a dedicated account manager who serves as the primary point of contact for strategy, compliance, and campaign optimization.
• On approval, affiliates gain access to the dashboard and marketing materials within a defined onboarding window. Initial campaign testing and performance monitoring occur over a designated period to establish baseline metrics.
• Regular reviews, including monthly performance discussions and quarterly business reviews for top-tier partners, are available to support optimization.
